Having to cancel the AirPower project, Apple seems determined to make its own charging station. According to Bloomberg's report, Apple is developing new charging technologies for its products

AirPower, Apple's highly anticipated smart charging station in recent years, was canceled after a difficult development process. However, according to Bloomberg, Apple hasn't given up on the idea of multiple charging stations.

Apple is working on multiple charging technologies
Bloomberg's news that Apple is working on a new wireless charging station was also on the agenda in June. This wireless charger prepared by Apple is expected to be a device that works with induction. The device, which is expected to work similarly to AirPower, will be an advanced wireless charging mat in a way and can charge multiple Apple devices at the same time.

However, according to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman, Apple is also investigating charging systems that work without induction and are completely wireless. This indicates that Apple is working on a system similar to the Xiaomi Mi Air Charge.

Gurman states that another plan of Apple is a system where all Apple devices can charge each other. A system where iPad can charge iPhone and iPhone can charge Airpods or Apple Watch seems to be in Apple's plans. Reverse wireless charging is a feature found on many Android devices and has long been expected to appear on Apple devices as well, but has yet to happen. Let's see when Apple will develop which charging systems and how the Apple ecosystem will be affected.
