Fusion Processing, which has partnered with Stagecoach, Alexander Dennis Ltd, Transport Scotland, Edinburgh Napier University and Bristol Robotics Laboratory for the CAVForth project, announced that its autonomous buses are on the roads of Scotland for the first time.

In the road test to be carried out, there will be no passengers on the buses. Autonomous buses with a capacity of 36 people on the 22.5-kilometer service route will be able to serve more than 10 thousand passengers per week.
